Our pair of Siskins were around again this morning.

 

Come on guys give me a break, it's not Spring yet!!!!!!!!

 

They reckon @strongylodon that a number of female Mallards get drowned each year due to enthusiastic males climbing alll over them and pushing them under the water

Sorry should have uploaded these yesterday but completely forgot.One of the plotholders over at our allotments has been growing these since last year.I thought they would have had the chop by now but perhaps they are being kept for breeding purposes.It is unusual to see white turkeys

This is a regular visitor to neighbourhood gardens.
It goes one after the other in just our little bit of road, our koi pool, wildlife pool, koi pool, goldfish pond. So a lot of choice.

This is on a gazebo at the rear of the garden with the second koi pool. The house behind is nearly 300 yds away. I took it on zoom, late in the evening, from a back bedroom window, with my little Lumix DMC TZ60, I bought last year and on which I made the fox cubs videos.

It's not interested in koi they're too big, but goldfish and frogs make tasty snacks.

 

A couple of pigeons getting cosy in our garden this morning. I think I can guess what's on his mind.

Awww @wiseowl that's cos he knows its the home of the Wise n Wonderful Woo where he was sure to find a welcome and a room at the Inn
