        Taken through glass. Woody is here nearly every day now being partial to Rich Tea biscuits. :) Another rung bird that visits my garden.

        He brought a friend with him today which you can just see, and they were both hammering away either side of a branch at one point.

        The Siskins are very nervous on the rare occasions they visit so I was lucky to get this shot.

              Lovely to have them in the garden @Sheal, I wish we did. Our Siskins (we still only have a pair) are more tolerant of me in the garden than any other birds.

                      I'd be interested to know if any members know this ladybird? I've seen many colours but unsure of this one:scratch: it's already safe and sound in a quiet corner ( no teak oil infected this creature) :snorky:

                          :yikes: I'm going to be crawling all over the garden tomorrow to find it, then I'm going to be such a wuss I can't kill it. HUBBY!!! Come hear darling will you kill some ladybirds for me? ( what? @&;&£)

                            The Ladybird @Loki is simply known as the Orange Ladybird but has the latin name Halyzia sedecimguttata, in short means 16 spotted! I don't remember seeing one before either.:smile:
                            Not a Harlequin, they have black spots!
