    Thanks @pete, I suppose the egg must have fallen out too but I didn't see it, it must have been very small. It's probably gone up the hoover ! :yikes: :heehee:

            I was looking at the bees on the Veronica, and a movement out of the corner of my eye….

            I don’t know what this little fellow was, but the camouflage was fantastic!

                The most common Gull you will see with a black head is a Black Headed Gull which is in the middle here but it really has a brown head. The black headed gulls around it are Mediterranean Gulls which have a proper back head, they are easily recognised by having pure white tail feathers unlike the Black Headed (the one with the brown head) and distinct white 'eye lids'.
                I am sure that is all perfectly clear.:heehee:
