          My battery ran out before I could zoom in for another picture but can anyone id this bird for me please. :)

              Thanks :) but I'm not so sure that's right @Zigs having checked it out on the web. The bird had a light coloured streak above it's eye.

                  The bird was beige and brown in colouring suggesting it may be female, whether a Wood Warbler I still can't tell Martin. I'll keep my eyes open for it over the next few days. :)

                        Taken through glass. This Woodpecker was trying to access my neighbours well caged bird table today.

                              Hi S, he/she fluttered down on the decking , I had to move it I was working there, a very protective mum and dad :), birds are quite safe from cats in my garden ive made it hard work for cats to get in and out,

                              I think its from a nest next door, three chicks left the nest, I heard a commotion the other day and saw a sparrow hawk flying away with what appeared to be a blackbird, I can only see the parents feeding two, so the sparrow hawk probably took a chick,

                              I will keep my eyes peeled.
