    At work today I was amazed to see so many Sparrows. Look carefully and you will see the hedge heaving with them...Honestly,there were dozens!
    And to think that 40 years ago there was a penny each bounty on them in this village's veg plots and near by allotments:o

    They do seem to be localised and found in good numbers here and there. Some folk on here say they hardly see any. We have a healthy population here as there must be where you were working Pal.:thumb:
