    Hi Jack,

    The camera I used was a Panasonic Lumix TZ10 that Mr Kandy bought me for my birthday last year to replace my Kodak Easyshare that i had had for yonks and only has 3,000,000megapixels whereas this one has a lot more.Here is a link to what the camera looks like..
    Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ10EB-K Digital camera - compact - 12.1 Megapixel - 12 x optical zoom - Black#

    The camera has a macro setting which you can have as normal setting or zoom so we can get right in to the detail of the subjects.Mr Kandy has the TZ9 which doesn't have the GPS facility{The GPS drains the battery}and also i think doesn't have the HD quality with the video facility{I think thats right}

    Mr Kandy actually took the side photo as i was shaking so much so gave him the camera and that is what he got:D

    Hope this info helps:)

    PS there is also a TZ20 out now but not sure what they are like as we haven't looked into them but if they are anything like the TZ10 then they will be good plus it is a nice compact size for fitting inot pockets and me handbag {when i use one:D}

        I think we ought to ban the maggot photo, as they are neither "buzzing or flying" as stated in the title of this thread. :loll:

          Hey Spruce,

          Like Scrunge has just posted, the gardeners friend, the hover fly:dbgrtmb:

          We might not like the look of the larvae, but we love it when the hoverflys eat the green fly:thumbsup:

          When they hover directly in front of your eyes, they are trying to hypnotise you:shocked:
