What's Cooking Today??

Don't any of you ever consider conserving special offer meat in jars? It's a big thing here to make confit de canard (big, juicy duck legs lightly roasted then sterilized in Kilner jars in their own fat) and confit de porc, which I guess is the equivalent of pulled pork (you can use any cut). Saves no end of freezer space

 

I've never tried that, I probably should give it a go.

 

Quiche, potato wedges and a mixed salad.

 

Lasagne,carrots, peas, sweetcorn and green beans.

 

Beef stew with Dumplings.

Sorry Victoria by the time my daughter and me tuck in it will be gone.

 

I will have to do with my Chicken Noodle Soup and Part Cooked Roll done in the Air Fryer, smothered in Butter.

 

Smoked cod cooked in butter with new potatoes.

 

I could go for that too. J got me some new potatoes the other day, red ones???. It is not often you can get them.
