What's Cooking Today??

..Mmmmmmmm yum yum.... I want a slice!!!! Pleeeeeese.

 

Tonight my cooking was... Well I'll let you all decide, but some words to get you started might include: creative, resourceful, frugal, or perhaps diabolical?

I made, kebab balls.

It goes like this. Yesterday we treat ourselves to a couple of donner kebabs between the four of us. There was a load of meat left over, and some of the salad. It went in the fridge. Then today it went into the whizzer along with some pre soaked beans, and a bit of flour to help bind it. Then the mix was shaped into balls, fried, and served with chips.

 

Breaded chicken breast with chips and baked beans.

 

Eaten at 1pm.
Steak pie, roast potatoes, carrots, sliced green beans, peas, broccoli and roasted brussels sprouts..

 

Sausage Casserole.

 

Mackerel and baked potato.

 

Steak Pie again....it was a big pie., slight change in veg , roasted potatoes and sprouts sweetcorn, cauliflower, parsnips and peas.

 

British pancakes with lemon juice and lots of caster sugar.

 

For lunch i have a apple and banana, but we have early dinners.
