Thank you @shiney my friend, well there was a knock at the door and the was a young man (Robert) he has learning difficulties but I have helped him many times with his garden and with any problems he had in the past,he said Woo I have just been to Morrisons and I got you some potatoes,Milk and bread, bless him he doesn't really understand that we must be 6 ft apart but I had to thank him ,so I thought stuff the 6 ft for a minute, and I gave him a hug,he said he will get me a chicken and some more shopping at the weekend, what a lovely gesture

Just about to make a beef curry using a nice piece of shin. It should be ready for 8 p.m. I'll roast and grind the spices whilst the onion is cooking.

In the meantime we shall have more of the veggie soup I made the other day. :)

I don't know but chicken something or other. I bought these chicken breasts that are huge. I'm talking Chesty Morgan, or Gypsy Rose Lee! Also just tried the order your groceries and drive there, they load in the back and away you go. Too easy! :)

I have frozen the remainder of the beef curry I made the other day into three batches.

                Tonight:-
Starter: home made chicken liver pate
Main: I shall be roasting two chicken leg quarters (taken from a large chicken which I had portioned and then used the carcass to make a soup). I shall use a little garlic salt and some mixed herbs on them and accompany them with crispy roast potatoes (only use King Edwards), cauli, broccoli and Savoy cabbage.
                Dessert: Fresh mango.

                    Sorry @shiney I think I'll go to @pete 's house tonight... yum :)

I made some chicken fettuccine alfredo and put it in individual containers for later - small containers mind you. But I'm thinking I'll be making spaghetti tonight instead as I have thawed out a container of sauce with meat balls. And then I'll have little containers of leftovers for another few meals.

Sausage casserole, potatoes, peas, cabbage and sprouts.

Yesterday tried a soya based minced beef look a like.it looked like mince but it didn't taste like it but it was alright. Just cooked it like mince then put it with some gravy. With it had fried red onions with chilli and garlic. Veg was potatoes, cabbage, carrots, peas and sprouts.

I'm thinking of making Imam Bayildi for Mrs Shiney and I shall have some more of the beef curry I cooked the other day. I've frozen the rest of the curry.
