    I'm doing Indian again tonight.

    Poppadoms with Kachumber. I'm making the Kachumber with red onions, cucumber, tomato, fresh chopped coriander leaves and some chopped mint just picked from the garden - with lemon juice, a pinch of salt and a touch of chilli powder.

    Home made meat aloo curry with basmati rice.

    Followed by fresh mango.
