I did go out with the camera this morning but I must have needed food or something as I had a shakey hand and very blurred pics.

Probably my least fav shots came out  Only one opened but tomorrow I recon there will be a fair few. I wouldn't call it white or yellow in colour, more lemon ? I recon it would be listed as white, but there is enough yellow in it to make me happy :D
More pics tomorrow as until tonight they were still only one in number. I must say though they smell divine ! Like intense roses, proper perfume. [IMG]

A beautiful shape b/man nice recurve on the tendrills the true colour will be the 2nd day after opening there is a colour chart rather like a dulux paint chart that is used to denote the colour it can vary depending on weather/temperature every brug has a different scent one of my favourites is the Arborea type a small white with a vanillary type smell.

My cameras conked out just as I would like a pic of my ginger, it's as tall as me about 5ft 6" and has 5 huge 8" gorgous flowers on it, my cannas and dalias and begonias are still in lovely full bloom too. Have used my mobile for pic but thats not as good!

And you never thought they would open, Babe, but you practiced what your preached and were patient ... and the weather held out for you. [IMG] They're fantastic. If they are scented, I am very jealous. [IMG]
