Loving the carnaval de nice tulips in the front garden, third year and the flowers are still nearly the original size. Have had a neighbour comment how nice they are :)

For a moment I thought that was a fork and knife emoji, @ViewAhead.:nonofinger: :heehee: I’m getting paranoid.

Those are really beautiful, @amancalledgeorge. And returning well by the sound of it.

White honesty - took the seeds from a patch growing on a footpath, a lady I met walking there told me she planted them after she found them being weeded out of a churchyard.Only managed to get a couple of plants so far, but hopefully they will establish and spread themselves. Haven't seen the plants in their original site lately.
Then convolvulus cneorum just starting to flower, hard to get a photo in the wind!
Amazing numbers of flowers on the alpine strawberries. I grew them from seed last year and they haven't stopped flowering all winter.
Finally my new Mahonia has some amazing red new growth. I only planted this a couple of months ago. I carried the big spiky thing back from the GC on foot, over a 2 mile walk! 2024-04-07_10-07-15.jpg 2024-04-07_10-06-47.jpg 2024-04-07_10-06-21.jpg 2024-04-07_10-09-11.jpg

Euphorbia “Miners Merlot” starting to look good. Not sure about those primulas though, a bit too pink for my liking, might replace with darker ones, Wanda maybe.

If you plant those primulas near native primroses, you get pale pink ones the next yr, instead of yellow. :)

Absolutely love the forget me nots making a background carpet for the tulips Apricot Foxx and Jackpot that are planted in a raised circular corten raided bed. Three years planted and still perform well enough.
