          Ventured outside to see lots of slug damage on Daff flowers and the emerging perennials, must be all the rain.. I hoped the cold snaps would have killed them but obviously not. Will be ordering nematodes and lambs wool pellets to mulch with.

              I used wool pellets last year. Can't say I was that taken with them, they didn't seem to work very well and looked pretty awful after a couple of days rain :noidea:

                      Thank you, that's our sweet little angel - we have had her for about 9 years now, she's weathered well, she looks very sweet even when covered in snow. We were at the garden centre today and very spur of the moment decided to re-do all the planting around her, as it had all become quite overgrown and compost needed replacing/topping up. This was the end result. Very pleased with it :)

                            I'm still rebuilding my computer software and have got to the stage where I can download the photos.

                            The Thalictrum has just started to sprout. Last year it took eight weeks to grow 10ft.
