A poem I wrote when I was 17 and in my book pf poems called ...

Seasons of Myself
Spring means life is given.
Summer a joy every day.
Autumn means time is passing.
Winter, life is taken away.

Too true definitely not an Autumn fan at all, but I love your seasonal poem. You are a lady with a multitude of talents.

I also love Heucheras I've learn from my mistakes and never grow them in pots anymore as they make a 'beautiful salad ' for Vine Weevils!!!

Your rose is doing well @Balc it must be in a pot but I didn't think they grew well in pots.

Found an order confirmation of my 'mystery' bulb that I couldn't remember the name of, and it is
Allium trifoliatum 'Caméléon' from Sarah Raven Buy Allium 'Caméléon' Bulbs | Miniature Alliums | Sarah Raven

Ours are quite early, as it says they flower in June. Ours seem to be doing quite well though

It's so uplifting to see our gardens bursting out in colour isn't it....you can't help feeling optimistic for the months to come.

@Sienna's Blossom What are the lovely pink shaded blossoms in the last two pictures please. A fruit? Stunning.

 

Definite signs of the garden waking up here now and posted a shorter video a week back and one that is a bit longer today showing some of the plants coming into flower. Looking like a good year for the cherry blossoms and lots of dandelions about.

Crab apple @Victoria it has looked so lovely, we had the same variety (Rudolph) in our front garden in our old house so we knew we wanted to buy the same one again for our new garden, it is it's first Spring here and we've been so happy with the gorgeous blossom.
