Choisya, Leptospermum, the tunnel and the first dwarf Iris..

 

Lovely views @noisette47 and all looking good. My, what a big poly tunnel ... are you starting a Garden Center/Nursery?

 

Thank you Victoria The tunnel is just a third remaining of where we stored everything during the renovation. I like to grow enough of everything to be able to give it away Lemon grass, kaffir limes and coriander go down well now that Thai food is becoming more popular here. I'm working on the coconuts

 

The leptospermum is unusual, how big are those flowers ?

I'm sorry about the pink lighting but it is what works best for indoor growing.
My first monstera from seed.
My asparagus fern and silky
Coleus starting to form and show colour and a few other plants That is a sensitive plant in the front.

I am getting very anxious for warmer weather as I am running out of room down there and the one greenhouse with heat is pretty much loaded too.

The tropical seeds are ones I ordered. The rest of the plants are from collected seeds.

 

@CanadianLori ,can you not turn the lights off for a short time while you take the pictures?

 

Then it would be totally dark.. there is no other lighting in there...

 

Still not much to show but I am getting there , the cold spell is going to prolong the spell.

 

@pete, forgot to mention that my flash on my phone doesn't always work and my tablet doesn't have one... now, I guess it makes sense why I left them on pink mode

 

Probably comes as a surprise when you take them out into the daylight and see what they really look like.

Is it? They're pretty common here, double red, white and pink. The individual flowers would be about 2cm, nearly an inch.

 

Well its not common to me, not something you see over here I dont think.

 

I don't know whether it would come true from seed, but Burncoose reckon they're easy from cuttings. I'll bung some in for you in case a James Bond type can smuggle them over to you
