Pete that particular one I kept growing all winter in my leanto g/house I moved about 2dozen last years cuttings and this one into the polytunnel 3weeks ago, initially I built another smaller tunnel in the polytunnel because I couldn't afford to heat the whole tunnel all this had in it was a 60watt tube heater this was enough to keep the temp 5oc higher than the rest of the tunnel. the inner tunnel is now dismantled and if the temp. is due to fall I cover everything with fleece just hoping we don't have a real cold spell, day time temps are very high managing to keep it below 30oc at the moment with side and door vents and a 18"fan, in a couple of weeks Iwill risk them outside

Thanks walnut, do you not have red spider troubles?
Tropical Oasis, you post pics here in the same way as other places on the site, i thought I'd seen some pics from you elsewhere.

Pete up to now no redspider I keep them sprayed they like the dampness the redspider doesn't in fact I installed a spray system down one side of my polytunnel I connected the hose outside and it gives a fine sray, the only thing that give problems occasionally is greenfly I use a systemic and the odd caterpillar pick off by hand
