Well thought I was heading for my first 8ft inula but think its only around 7ft , damn maybe next year, this seeds everywhere!!!! and can be a pain if not dug up while its young, but I do love it as do the bees etc, found one I'd potted up in the greenhouse for my niece in a 3inch pot with leaves 4ft long!!!! heaven knows how it was still alive, potted on now

Love that Inula @simbad, does it grow to that size in one year from seed?

Super Simbad, hoping the 1 you sent me will be doing it's stuff next year, certainly it's leaves are humongous and it seems quite happy here.

Not normally in the first year JWK but definitely the second, its one of those plants you move and end up with it in both places, huge taproot.
Glad yours is doing well silu :)
I'll save you some seed JWK, I've just round upped loads of seedlings of it to, a couple of weeks ago you could have had a plant or 2 , I have just been collecting seed from the campanula you liked to so I'll wait and send when the seed on this is ripe which won't be for a while yet.
