        I do recall asking for an ID on it when I lived there and someone (I think @Sheal ) suggested 'Bishop of Llandaff' (or offspring of) but when I researched it, they seemed to be taller than the ones I had growing plus, as a dahlia, my ones were in the ground (yes, and under snow!) year round without the need to lift, dry, store, re-plant/faff around :dunno:
