    @noisette47 you are quite right. It's Echinops actually banaticus.
    Eryngium planum is still fighting off slugs near the greenhouse.
    Picture corrected.

      Eryngium planum is much on my mind because I was sent that instead of the E. alpinum I ordered :gaah: Typically, it's thriving...:biggrin:

        New growth on Neolitsea species.

        Holly, last year this shoot was pure white after the Leylandii shading it was cut down, this year it's yellower.

                Thank you @Victoria. The label showed it with white stripes which I am pleased didn’t develop! I’ve just read @NigelJ’s link in the dahlia thread about colour stability which would explain it.
