    note the nests in corner and the rowans on tree,
    does that mean severe winter? the tree is loaded with rowans

    my sweet peas are sweet smelling and i will cut the pods off, thanks dorset mike for te tip, mind its hard to get at them as they are right outside hanging on my balcony.
    dizi mine are reaching at least 5 feet and they smell lovely

    Kathy, some nice plants there, most of the pics are spot on too except I think you got a bit close to the fuschia and the roses cos they're a bit out of focus, e.g. the one of the white rose (Iceberg?) you have the green "net" on the right spot on focus while the rose itself is just a little blurred.
    It can be quite difficult sometimes with the wind blowing flowers around to keep things exact.
    The irises look better upright too.

    I'm hoping the rowan berries are more due to the rain than winter preparation!! They're the same down here.

    sorry mike new to photography
    i just took picture of irises because,although i face the sea and never had a summer,everything is flattened,i don't even know how they even managed to flower.i ran around garden for an hour between storms.

    Personally I think the photography of eveyrone is improving, we all take bad ones now and then, me especially, but Mikes tips help us all to improve, we all need a bit of critisim now and then, and it help to know where you went wrong.
