    Hi Fancy

Your seeds will be in the post on Monday. Remember that they are annuals so you can sow them in the garden but make sure you don't hoe them out as weeds. Being annuals the plants will die down and the seeds will produce next year's growth. The leaves look a bluish colour.

    Good luck

Hi Larburnum, it is a Rudbeckia 'Herbstsonne' 'Autumn Sun' if I remember correctly. I got in a garden centre locally, I don't think it is an unusual one and should be available [IMG]

Many Thanks Banana Man. I will take a trip back to my garden centre, armed with all the details in the hope I will find one.
Yours is such a lovely lemon colour and if the colour on my screen is true to life, the centre looks green. Just Beautiful!!!!
    Thanks again.

Just seen your cones shiney, it looks like a fir rather than a spruce to me.
    Abies as opposed to picea.
Perhaps thats why its getting so big. [IMG]

I have grown Eva boerg and Rose of Denmark for years for hanging baskets for a couple of parks but this year the town wanted 80 baskets which I had to plant. I decided to try a few different fuchsias and out of Marcus Graham, Golden Swingtime, Swingtime, Pink Galore and Golden Marinka, Marcus Graham seems to be the best. I'll definitely use it again next year. [IMG]
