Lovely pics everyone. I think my garden is looking better than last year. Must be the weather!

The foxgloves and delphiniums look lovely at the moment.

The rain and sun in the UK has certainly brought out the best of both flowers and vegetables there.

Woo, that is a beautiful picture of Especially for You ... would make an excellent card for that special person.

This is a plant I am rather disappointed with, Thunbergia erecta, the hardy relative of the Black-Eyed Susan. It's supposed to go to 3-4 meters tall and I've had mine for three years and it barely reaches a meter. Sadly I also thought it was evergreen but it's not ....

And I just love my beautiful Jacarandas which are making a blue carpet all over the garden ...

... and here's a better picture of the Thevetia peruviana ...

Claire, I don't know if you read above, but I think your Clematis MAY be Miss Bateman and I put a link for you to look at.

I love foxgloves. Love the way the seed themselves everywhere. Lovely pics. I put this in the clematis thread but I think it's gorgeous and it flowers much longer than other montanas so I put it here too. I have ordered four more different types of montana from Thorncroft.

    Beautiful photos ladies. :gnthb:

With the sunshine and rain today my first Canna is opening ...

I don't know the name of it .... stripey leafed spotted yellow flower one .... :hehe:

The rose-coloured one will be open in a couple of days as will the 'supposed' Lucifer which last year was solid yellow and I suspect will be this year.

    Gorgeous pics, everyone :gnthb:

Claire, I agree with Sis about your photography coming along in leaps and bounds, but not about your beautiful clematis being Miss Bateman. I have it in the garden and it is a much simpler one than your amazing double/triple one. That is an fantastic pic of a fantastic flower :gnthb: Love your orange poppies (can't find a jealous smilie).

Sis, I took some pics of a calla in the kids garden the morning we left the kids house and it looks about the same as yours. I must still download the last pics off the camera, then I'll post it up here.
