'Creature of the Night' wasn't that a 1982 album by the Rock Band 'Kiss'?

At long last we are being rewarded for a long winter. If anybody is interested in doing swaps with either of the Iris for Iris they Picture 278.jpg Picture 276.jpg Picture 280.jpg Picture 283.jpg Picture 282.jpg may have plenty of I'd be interested. The pale orange 1 (Apricot Silk) is slightly earlier than the dark purple 1 and not as tall. Not a clue what the dark purple 1 is called as here when we moved here but very free flowering and tough as old boots which is just what I like gardening in Scotland as I do! 1st Rhododendron came from Glendoick specialist nursery (Winter Spice) and reasonably expensive 2nd a cheapo from Lidls not bad and cheap as chips!

I'd love some Jane Philips if you find that you have any spare when you come to split them up :)

Yes I think you are right Simbad, our 2 Iris do indeed look incredibly similar and yours doesn't have a known name either. Maybe we should call it John Doe! Oh yes please I'd love either Jane Philips and or Action Front have neither. Which ever you have more of. The only other Iris that I have is a small almost black (very dark purple) 1. It's not flowering yet. If you'd like I could take a photo of that and maybe you'd like a bit of that too?Oh I do have 2 lots if Iris Siberica, mid and dark blue, if they are of interest they are flowering atm so could supply photo.
