    Another side of pic above, Viewed from where I park my car. Love that hosta. There is a little rose shrub just behind the hosta that gives up about 5 flowers a year even in shade.

      Waterlily "Gonnere" or Snowball is its common name and sounds better than having a disease :snork:

                    Roses! just Roses! you mean a pastel shade of Yellow,delightful to look at ,so easy on the eyes last for at least 25 years which works out on average at about say 6 months in bloom(approx 180 days) x 25years =4500 wonderful days to look at them for about a

                      Hi Simbad glad you like them , the waterlily hardly flowered last year so I fed them on seaweed fertiliser so has done the trick , has the daylily got you drooling :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

                            I love the colour of that orange hawkweed and went of with my camera yesterday to take a piccie of a patch that I know of. It's by a path alongside Hawkweed 002.JPG a Housing Community set up near me. It's undergoing a complete renovation and is full of workmen but no occupants and they have let the grass verge grow wild this year so they are difficult to see but they are still there,

                              That seaweed fertilisers amazing stuff Spruce :heehee:, I'm fed up of waiting now the daylilies are so late getting started(and yes I'm drooling;)) , can't wait any longer for a good flower here's a pretty rubbish flower that opened today :cry3:on 'String Bikini' things can only get better :dancy:

                                Another plant I've never heard of HsuH!!!!! beautiful as is the Parahebe which I've only recently discovered too!!!!, I love this thread :dbgrtmb:
