Loving the Sambucas - another one for my list :)

Here's one of my hardy fuchsias - Margaret - I don't cut them back just trim off the dead ends - some of them are over 8ft and flowering really well from lower down the stems -

Sorry to be off topic :love30:, but, Pam your ciggie counter in your signature must be wrong!!

            "2 months 22 days 14 hours - 2,090 cigarettes avoided"
            "2 months 23 days 15 hours - 2, 509 cigarettes avoided"

            419 ciggies in a day! :hate-shocked:

Thank you for your very kind words Pamdish, I'm truly amazed that the vast majority of my garden hasn't suffered in the slightest from all that flaming water! Most of my plants Grannie Annie are "lucky" and get huge quantities of horse manure thrown at them. I need to keep the manure heap within reasonable proportions and the manure laid as a mulch helps keep the weeds down considerably and also helps with moisture which while not always needed a la last year!!! is atm as we have had hardly any rain for 9 weeks so the mulch is a blessing.

I could go through them at an amazing rate some days,:heehee: I am sticking to it at the moment so feel quite smug, and I reset it the other day as it had disappeared, perhaps that`s what caused the glitch. Finding it hard though as at my smoking friends in Norfolk for a couple of weeks.

It's another old Rose that has been in the borders for around 20 years, GA, and it's called "Kings Ransom". It really does stand out in the border with that gorgeous bright yellow!! I'm glad you like it.:hapfeet:
