      I think they are C persicifolia. I've got some blue and some pure white ones. They self seed themselves, usually keeping to either blue or white colour.

      I've never noticed the ones with a blue tinged edge before. I agree they're gorgeous. I don't know what their seeds will turn out to be but will collect some if you want to try your luck.

        I've quite a few seeds of old fashioned cottagey style plants spare inc. some Campanula Medium ( the cup and saucer Canterbury bells).

                  Five months, so not very long at all. Add a month for the seed to germinate.

                          I'm sure I had that Hebe years ago but suffered in extreme cold (-5/6c) and died, I think it is andersonii variegata.

                            i kept all my hebe plant labels and dont have that one listed on them so i dont think it is
