    Surprising what some forum members can grow, I would of thought they lived somewhere near the Mediterranean not in the UK.

            Hi Gail, I also lost a couple as well we had a mild winter here in Cheshire then just when everything was getting going the Beast from the East :snow: arrived.

              Like that clematis Ian....Fond Memories.:) Delicate and charming. Is it reliable flowering?

              The Beast from the East and his little bro huffed and puffed down here but Trelawney's Army
              was too strong. Many things late.....hymenocallis/festalis for example but looking good to flower soon.....but most everything undamaged.

              Tithonia Torch now flowering.....just a couple of flowers; a picture when more impressive :)

              Hottest day of the year so far but sea breezes made things more comfortable.

                        I don't know if these are scented Gail, they're only a few inches tall and I couldn't get down that low. :doh::biggrin:

                            Just look at the poor state of my large lavender plant in the front garden [​IMG]...I always keep it cut in a nice ball shape but hubby persisted I let it flower as he does love to see herb plants in flower and also smelling them...it's knocked my neck in [​IMG]

                              Gorgeous fern @Pushkin , do you know the variety? I would love more ferns, they're not cheap though, and I only do cheap :snorky:
