What's looking good in June 2020

Cosmos and Zinnias have started to do well

 

Just a wander round as the sun was coming up

 

Weeds and not weeds in the pre-sun morning and then there will be thousands of little buzzies flying around


As the sun comes on the poppies they start to get busy




Dahlias are starting to show

Some are preparing to open their flowers

Hebe salicifolia will have long thin white flowers


the forever lovely Lucifer


and the replacement for last year's giant Viburnum plicatum (covered at least 100sq ft of bed)

These two pots of Fuchsias were made up of some tatty old plants someone dumped on us!


People are always bringing round unwanted/half dead plants. sometimes they don't even bother to call or knock but just put them in our car port! The car port is also used for one of our nursery areas
