            Yay, it's Celandine time, I have a soft spot for these cheerful little guys, I have about 5 or 6 different ones and several that have crossed giving different leaf colours etc. Here's a few today;

                Great pics, Bilbo:thumbsup::snork: I must admit I like the Celandine but they seed so profusely that they can get out of hand. Last year they smothered the area underneath the Acer Brilliantissimum so this year I have, reluctantly, culled about three quarters of what have shown this year. I've also got a fair few around the pond area and I wouldn't be without them.:coffee:

                  I'm quite pleased with the combination of Tete A Tete and some purple-coloured (they look more blue in the photo) Iris reticulata, and I'm going to plant some more for next season - hopefully they will flower at the same time in future years :)

                  My Solanum laciniatum has still not been killed off by the winter so, fingers crossed, it will survive and become a massive bush this year :)
