20220323_144422.jpg Small victories! But I'm thrilled :spinning: the first of my hyacinths blooming, tulips about to open, muscari coming up and my very first daffodil! 20220323_144111.jpg 20220323_144120.jpg 20220323_144106.jpg 16480493199387048850721826611152.jpg

@Jack Sparrow Looking good and I like the clock. What are you going to climb over the arches.

Hi @Victoria. The clock runs slow unfortunately. It's a shame because we like it too. For the trellis I have akebia quinata and clematis Ernest Markham. They have only been in the ground a week. So far they are doing ok.

Shame about the clock. I tried Akebia quinata from seed without success and I would love a Clematis but it is too hot here in the Summer.

After all the other Crocii came out it is now the turn of Prince Claus. It looks lovely. Unfortunately, the sun had gone in by the time I got my camera and they were not showing off to their best.

I would imagine a clock like that would have a regulator to speed it up or slow it down. Possibly a tiny lever that just show through a face.
Other than that you could stop it altogether then it will be bang on twice a day!
