    Very small flowers on the underside of the leaves. Smells strongly of vanilla.

        The Pleione is a stunner Longk! The name and the flower has an emotional attachment for me, how could I not like it. :)

          Sadly, nothing in my own garden at the moment.

                    how strange my only explanation is my garden gets very hot the minute there is any sun. Only needed a thin sweatshirt and leggings today out in the backgarden. was much colder out the front of the house tho

                    I taken some macro shots of it today but again it's still only partially flowering with lots of buds to come. Here in West Cheshire it's usually fairly mild but I suspect the Prunus likes warmer climes.:dunno::hate-shocked::snork:
