Jenny I apologize I gave you the wrong information regarding the tulip - it's not Red riding Hood - they are much shorter it is 'Casa Grande' which grows quite tall with very sturdy stems.

The Hostas in the large pots are starting to show:hapydancsmil:

The Exohchorda "The Bride" is just starting to show blossom

I love Blue Bells but the White Hare Bells seem to love the garden's sandy soil and they are out in their hundreds brightening the borders.

A lot of people regard Forget-Me-Not's as a Weed:dunno: but it's one of my favourite Annuals and I like to sit down here in the "wild" part of the garden with a mug of tea and listen to the bird song.

This, for me, has been the Year of the Tulip as they are giving a really good show.

Our Exochordas have gone from bud to a lot of flower in six days. The warmth and sun we've had this last week has worked wonders. :blue thumb:

The first bud on a tree peony is trying to open :)

Wisteria is usually in full bloom now but, at least, it's starting :blue thumb:

Yours is ahead of mine by a good week, Bilbo!!:dunno::snork:

You're welcome:heehee: My Solomon's Seal is doing well and I just love the hanging pearls of white.......do they get attacked by Sawfly caterpillars as that appears to be their only enemy?? I haven't seen any Sawfly caterpillars for quite a few years, and I'm not too sure if that's good or what's [bad] happening out there in the Eco system.
