Salvia Orchid Glow, as it was only planted last July I didn't cut it back as I had done with the others and it is flowering now.

@CarolineL it does look similar, the buds are a sort of orange colour before they open, but I couldn't say for sure.

          Ooh, you tease!
The other side of my cistus is now laden with buds so hopefully this is the much awaited purpurea, failing that I will gladly take up your offer:hapydancsmil:

@CarolineL this is a close up of the flowers, it's been there for over 25 years and it's 30inches high.

@Logan it is gorgeous! And it seems to have lovely neat leaves too. I think it must be Golden everest - the buds suggest it.

                          Thanks @Upsydaisy

Even with all the junk, pots, trays and everything not cleared up yet :roflol:

This is the bottom corner at the side of the greenhouse where two fences meet and only gets sun for about 3 hours a day. The only thing that grows there are Spring bulbs and a dwarf Victoria Plum tree ( done really well this year, counted 237 plums set this year ). We've got a dodgy Salix that I'm thinking of getting out of it's pot and trying in the ground in the little triangle where the fences meet ( means digging some of the gravel up though ).
