One of my most favorite flowers is the bearded iris, I don't know what it is about them - I just love 'em! This one has a beautiful, yet unique fragrance - no idea where I got it - any ideas of the name anyone?

What a really beautiful bearded iris JarBax, so graceful and fragile, like out of a fairy tale.

I have just bought a couple of small arum lillies from the Malvern flower show.

Two questions if you don't mind:

Can I plant them out now in the garden? or should I wait untill they are a little bigger?

Seeing yours in a pot has given me another option though.

Will they grow agin next year?

And finally do slugs like them?

    Oops that's three :D

Lovely pics Celia and Jarbox. One of my favorites is Incarvillea delavayi, known as the flowering fern. It grows from what looks like a carrot root. Very hardy and long flowering.
