    Thanks Kedi and Vikky, :gnthb:

I hope the GC members will bring their cameras as I expect to be too busy to take any.

I'm having to work rather hard in the garden at the moment as we have just come back from a five day tour of gardens in Devon. All except one were very good.

Victoria - thanks for the picture of the Salvias. They look really good.

My S. microphyllas have done nothing yet. In fact I think I lost a couple over the bad winter. But my Salvia splendens is now in its eighth month of flowering - and summer is yet to come.

    Hi Peter

If you like salvias, Dysons Nursery at Great Comp has some really unusual ones:-

Unfortunately it has stopped doing mail order :( so it is a very long way for you unless you happen to be down south for some reason or other!

Hi ClaraLou. Thanks for that link.

I have looked at their site before. I would love to visit them, but never have done so. I have quite a few Salvias, but I have to admit some are curiosities rather than really good garden plants. I think I am going to have to get rid of a lot of my lesser ones, but I am still looking for that superb, must have, one. :D
