                you are correct "M" 2nd year flowering :thumbsup: they will get bigger as the week goes on , the birds loved the seedpods they produced looked like a big green conker , I have potted some up last Autumn and another member on here, as its a two year process root 1st year then stalk and leaf the 2nd year ... worth a try you never know I will do the same this Autumn if they set seed.

                          I was thinking of you @longk whilst pulling up a large clump of FMN,I thought you'd be proud of me:biggrin:...thing is I couldn't bear to part with them so shuvved them in a jug:snork:

                            Everyone seems to have their gardens so much ahead of ours. Most of our lilacs are only still in bud but, when I take my camera round, I'll check all of them to see if they have started flowering. Nothing on the Wisteria yet, nor the irises.
