I realise that I didn't post photos in October. I was too busy to take many

Our Naga chillies have done well. I've sold 12 plants in the last fortnight and I already have orders for new ones next year. I've made about £100 for the charity with them this month. :blue thumb:

It was still the day of Halloween when I took these photos.

This was just a simple table arrangement for guests at lunch. Everything from the garden.

I love the way the flowers of the zebra grass are a beautiful zig zag. They're less than a year old!

Other grasses are still looking good and the penstemons seem to have taken on a new lease of life

            Thanks @Sheal

It was still October - the 31st :heehee:

A lot of the garden has been put to bed for the winter but some of it is fighting back. There are a number of Spring and Summer plants that are re-flowering, such as cowslips, lychnis and campanula. Cyclamen are flowering for the third time this year and I noticed that an area where I planted a load of garlic, that I missed digging up because they were hidden by hundreds of self-seeded shoofly plants, has got the garlic sprouting up to 6" already.

The schizostylis I bought from Poets Cottage Nursery in North Yorkshire a couple of years ago is flowering quite nicely.

Plus, because of this crazy out of season mild weather, my rose "Madame Alfred Carriere" has started to flower again
