          I love Hyacinths! I have some planted out on the balcony. I bought some more this year but I have a couple of pots with Hyacinths from previous years. When we are given Hyacinths for Christmas I always keep them & plant them out on the balcony later!

            Lovely Michael, it's probably because there's 2 different colours and they grow differently.

                    I saw some trees yesterday with the first catkins of year as well! Very soon now there will be lots more trees with catkins!

                            never seen one like that before!

                            I have been growing Oxalis deppei 'Iron Cross' on the balcony for several years. I like it more for its foliage than its flowers.

                                My Oxalis versicolor flowered as well but the flowers finished before I could take a photo. They are unusually pretty.
