    Well Joolz , you finished off the July thread with a bang , all looking amazing the daylilys have come on well , some are late flowering ie the "Frans Hals"

      Why thank you spruce:),you will have to wait for my august post to see your blue agapanthus its not quite opened yet :blue thumb:
      Ive got a fair few daylilys pics ive not posted and im still useless on remembering their names :heehee: x

          It will be interesting to see how its turned out as its one of my seedlings I crossed , and I will take some photos over the weekend to show you the difference with some of them @simbad flowered last year looked lovely and she was really pleased , everyone I sent a plant to got a agapanthus as well , most have striped flowers

                    Me neither. Would expect E. montbeliardii to be more upright.

                      How could i proove its not Montbeliardii? ive done google image search and its leaf colour vary,seen dave browns his stem looks a dark shade on pics when he has chopped back for winter storage :dunno:It has grown very fast in height since i bought it,over 5ft now in a pre fertilised chicken poop bed x
