What's looking good MARCH 2024

    Our magnolias are looking good today. We lose the flowers to frost about 2 in every 3 years, so lovely to celebrate it when it stays unscathed. The stellata seems to shrug off the frost a bit better, so we get a good show out of it most years.

        Those wood anemones and frritillaries are early @NigelJ . My anems are only just showing a few leaves. No sign of frits yet. That I. Denver Daybreak is very pretty. :)

              @LunarSea I were going to say the daffs were February Gold at first but the slight hint of orange its probably Jetfire

                              I have been taking photos, (as I do most years!) of the Magnolias flowering around town today. I love to see them in flower & they rarely seem to get damaged by frost here.
