What's Looking Good March 2025

    Some members didn't believe me when I said our ground was so dry it was cracking up. We have had difficulty just digging and hoeing the surface.

    The primrose family spread all over our garden like weeds and we only dig some out when we need the space. I dug out about a dozen when making space for sweetpeas but they all go to good homes for a donation to our charity. The ones in the wild area are only just coming through as they have to fight the grass and other 'weeds'.

            The tree fern frond has not only opened since replanting it and feeding it, it gets a second frond.

                    The cherry tree needs another week until all buds have opened. As I said, this is happening this year in April.
