I cleaned the greenhouse this morning using the good and dry weather.
After working for more than 4 hours and doing everything what needed to be done (also filling up the bird baths), I sat down with my tele lens hoping I get a bee. I was rewarded with more.

Neighbour's Cherry tree needs another 2 weeks into April before all buds have opened.

I bought 4 Anemone plants at the Market Garden in Cirencester. This is the red version.

A Tit couple seems to have a look at the Tit house, but they also were hungry and what ever it was around the buds and flowers, it seemed to have tasted.

The red Bleeding Hearts are on time. I love them and have got 2 red and 2 Alba versions.

First things first I say @simone_in_wiltshire clean the Greenhouse ready for new seedlings and get ready for potting on and checking over-wintered pots like Dahlias, Chocolate cosmos and chrysanthemums. You've got a good eye for taking pictures they are inspiring.

I have everything done what needed to be done. I decided last year that I invest into plants from the farm shop. In our little garden, it’s not worth spending money on seeds and soil.

More activity in the garden, encouraged by warming temperatures.

Love the garden waking up and in spring colours. It rained for a bit yesterday in the end. I introduced violets some time ago, they made their way to the lawn :). I have some slug/snail damage on plants too.

@Michael Hewett Your Fritillaria are out as well as my ones, but a bit early? It used to be April normally.
@Plantminded I showed OH pictures of your garden from last year and OH asked if your home is by chance Hidcote.

These are in the front garden but the ones in the back are much slower.

Got this a year ago and I still don't have a name for it. Lives in the greenhouse and reaches about 4 ft with silvery haired leaves.
