              I’m never any good at picking out individual flowers or plants for praise but having tidied up the potting area of the garden I turned to this view and decided it looked good enough for a photo.

                      Rhaphiolepis indica (Indian hawthorn)
                      A lovely shrub. The shoots and new leaves have a covering of brown fur in early Spring, then the flowers open.

                        Is that a hardy geranium in your last picture @latimer ? With big white flowers. It looks splendid.
                        First flowers on lilium pumilum. Seed from AGS was planted 8/1/23 so quite quick. Interestingly, the pot is right next to some "commercial" hybrid lilies with wider leaves. Keep finding lily beetle on the hybrid ones but none on species. IMG_20240519_103224168.jpg

                              Siennas Blossom (not got the hang of entering a posters name !) is that Geums? can see coreopsis , Alium and Roses in your vase ?? So alive colours !
