Whats Looking good May 2024

I think it's about its third year in the ground, really taken off, after being in a pot.

 

Hosta Essence of Sunset (more like Collector of Rain!).

Thank you @Victoria, each leaf looks like a watercolour, I like the subtle lime green!

 

The Rowan and the Snakebark Maple are both flowering. Those maple flowers will end up completely carpeting the garden!

A different view of part of my garden this morning from the CCTV with Van on the path ... it is brightly overcast today ...

 

I did a CCTV shot of the garden roughly each week last year, just need to put it into a video!

 

A few from yesterday:

1. Solomon’s Seal dripping with jewels (and a few bees), unknown Hosta catching the apple blossom, Chosia blooming prolifically this year, Acer glowing against the blue sky.

2. Rhodadendrons reaching 4M (or overgrown as some might say).
