If you are down that way again, Pete - it might interest others to see some photos of the strange shingle gardens that some of the huts/cottages have.

 

I dont have any pics of the shingle gardens, one of which I think is quite famous, I think the place was owned by an artist at some stage.
Anyway here's a few of good old Dungy, its not pretty but there's something a bit wild about the place. In summer you can almost feel your in a desert, just needs the odd cactus or two.

Typical of some of the houses, usually built of wood.
