What's your weather - 2016

Cold and sunny till midday, clouded over after but at least it was a rain free (Birth)day,max 7c.

 

Weather was perfect walking weather this morning: fresh, sunny, cloudless. Wished I'd taken my sunglasses with me to the woods because it was really bright.
Then clouded over but no forecast heavy showers this afternoon

Bet it gets windy for you later tonight though

 

-3C and a light sprinkling of snow.

 

Well I can see some blue sky but there's more of those dark clouds on the horizon. It's 4.1C and there's a yellow weather warning for ice. Can't see any from here. And yes you guessed it - there's rain forecast for later. Roll on spring.

Lovely sunny day and, although on the fresh side, not too cold for this time of year. Even had a very charming "red sky at night" kind of dusk.

 

No sun, no wind but plenty of heavy wintry showers and a chilly 3C/37F.

 

Looks like winter has arrived. Just seen a forecast for the weekend too on BBC News24. Unusually severe frosts are predicted across the country. Wrap up anything tender folks!

 

And don't forget to bubble wrap your outside pipes.

 

Okay, I'll pack the bubble wrap away then and save it for someone who would appreciate it

 

Need I say more? We have just begun to dry up after days of torrential rain. I peered out of the curtains about 1/2 an hour ago and guess what was I spied? Snow shovels may be needed tomorrow...groan.
