      ..and yet I don't dislike rain.

      Where I grew up, in northern Italy, I was living very close to water. When it would rain it would go on forever (not uncommon 1 week) and we are talking heavy rain. Therefore the creek would swell and that would mean the day after it was impossible to cross the bridge for 1 or 2 days.

        I also enjoy rain ... in the winter mostly, but in the summer I would like a day in the garden sometimes.

                    Shineyland has been having good weather. We had heavy rain one day last week and mainly warm and sunny since then. Sunday night it rained for a few hours but had stopped by 5.30 a.m. and the temperature didn't drop below 61F (16C). During the day it was hot and muggy with the temperature reaching the high 70's.

                    Last night it dropped to 50F (10C) but is now very sunny and warming up. Rain is forecast for tonight and tomorrow night and then dry for the next 7 days. I take a bet it changes :heehee:
