      Unlike Woo I wouldn't class today as a lovely summers day but it would have passed for an Indian summer day of early autumn. :) Blue sky and plenty of sunshine! 20C/68F

        We did better than you then, Sheal, as we had 78f with a mixture of grey/black/white cloud and very little breeze and plenty of sunshine.:hapfeet::snorky: Right now the temperature is 57f with a pressure reading of 1024mbs.

                I did so last night, Sheal until around 3am and then the clouds moved in. I was trying to get the mount on the scope Polar aligned and drift aligned as accurately as I could because even with the computer in the mount it needs accurate alignment to track a star for an hour or more without getting out of position.:doh: So, hopefully, I'll be finishing it off tonight using the Eastern or Western Horizon to get what they call Declination spot on.:snorky:

                  It's good to see the temperatures holding up on the mainland. I think we are slipping into autumn here now and unlikely to see anything above todays 20C/68F. Checking the annuals in the garden today, they look as if they're just starting to get past their best, we're only five days into August! :doh:

                              It's going to be another hot one today :phew: so I'm just waiting until it's an appropriate time to get mowing. I think that 8.30 a.m. should be OK and with a bit of luck I'll get finished before it gets too hot.
