What's your weather - 2016

Cloudy until around 4pm today. The sun put in an appearance just as I was clearing up in the greenhouse having spent the afternoon potting, 9C/48F.

We're being promised rain on Wednesday - the first in three weeks, hopefully I won't have to get the hosepipe out for the flower beds over this coming week.

 

It's cold outside and we've had a bit of frost this morning. There's plenty of cloud cover but hopefully it will disappear like yesterday and we'll end up with wall to wall blue skies and sunshine!

 

A bit overcast in Clapham but now very mild and nights warming up.

It's been very dry. The allotment soil is quite parched on the surface (revealing it is a sandy loam and no doubt a watering challenge in summer). And lots of pots caught me unawares as they were bone dry. Perhaps another very dry Spring like last year...

The sun's out now!

 

Fabulous clear sky outside and a beautiful bright moon; no wind, no rain and ... no sun (yet! )

 

Still dry. Super sunny today. Days are up to 13 degrees now, night dropping to 3-4.

Thick cloud again, barely a breeze - I'm loving this as it's so different to living by the coast and it's a bit chilly. The sun should make an appearance later though

 

Gorgeous blue skies and full on sunshine (the calm before the weekend storm).

 

Cloudy all day today but that's hardly surprising with rain on it's way tomorrow. We've had three weeks or so without rain here and the flower beds are in need of watering. 8C/46F
