    Was heavy rain first thing but now sun peeping through and blue sky think it may change as day goes on.

    Very damp here. Still, only a couple more weeks of school holidays, then the weather will improve drastically when all the little blighters return to the classroom!

    Yes Aaron all the little darlings will be back to school soon, shortest ever summer holiday in this area only 5 1/2 weeks..!!! So maybe we will have an Indian summer too..!! :yho:

    Heavy overnight rain, now becoming light but steady.

    Was supposed to be mowing someone's lawn today, but guess that will have to wait. Get into my own garden and tidy up after the holiday neglect instead - hurrah!

    Its 23c about 70f warm and dry, no Sun showing but its up there somewhere:hehe::)

    It's a lovely sunny morning in here in Shroppie, and I'm bouncing about like a demented idiot as my son comes back home today, after being on holiday with his friend and family. I've not seen him for two weeks, and I've missed him LOADS!!

    So, happy the suns out, will do a little light pottering about this morning, whilst trying to contain my excitement.

    A bit overcast yet but looking as sun will be out soon .

    A big hug when son gets home :)

    You to enjoy your day Jools my husband and son away hillwalking they left well before 7.am so I will be meeting a friend who helps in our community garden to plants 40 new plants an 10 trays of bedding plants that has been donated from local garden nurserie in town as rain forecast tomorrow and wanted them planted.

    Hi Jools Scotkat & Woo.. It has rained nearly all night here, but by dawn it stopped.. Now the sun is out & It is getting very warm already & the raindrops are glistening on the plants like thousands of jewels.. :yho:
